• Prepare initial drafts of presentations, portfolio updates, status reports, and other materials for leadership review and refinement.
• Develop and maintain portfolio trackers, dashboards, and reporting artifacts that provide visibility into initiative status, portfolio health, delivery progress, and key metrics.
• Gather, organize, and validate information from business, technology, analytics, and governance partners to support portfolio reporting and decision-making.

• Capture meeting notes and prepare summaries, action items, and meeting minutes for leadership review and distribution.
• Coordinate routine stakeholder engagement and day-to-day portfolio activities, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities and executive-level discussions.
• Apply project and portfolio management practices to support planning, execution, issue tracking, dependency management, and delivery oversight across multiple initiatives.
• Identify emerging risks, execution challenges, and process gaps, escalating issues and supporting timely resolution as appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, reporting frameworks, and operating routines to enhance efficiency, transparency, and consistency.
Required Qualifications:

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to develop clear, well-structured executive materials from complex information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive follow-up actions, coordinate across stakeholders, and bring work products to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing meeting notes, executive summaries, and status updates.
• Experience maintaining trackers, reports, dashboards, or portfolio management artifacts.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations, build relationships across teams, and source information from multiple stakeholders.
