Job Description
The Program Coordinator I will be part of the Strategic Portfolio Management team within the Direct Business Unit, providing project management and coordination support for key business initiatives.
This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to help projects move forward by coordinating key deliverables, tracking timelines, organizing meetings, following up on action items, and supporting project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management and coordination support for strategic business initiatives.
- Support project planning, scheduling, timeline tracking, and status reporting.
- Track key deliverables, milestones, action items, risks, and issues.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and workshops, including follow-up on action items.
- Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, tracking logs, and other project documentation.
- Communicate project updates and relevant information to key stakeholders.
- Help identify and communicate potential risks, issues, dependencies, or delays.
- Support portfolio management activities and help ensure projects continue moving forward.
- Use Microsoft tools and AI solutions such as Copilot to support productivity and project coordination.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and deliverables.
- Support customer journey and lifecycle-related initiatives as needed.
- Occasional travel to the office for team meetings or meetups may be required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in project coordination, project management, program management, business operations, or a related area.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up and help drive tasks and deliverables to completion.
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge or practical exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
- Project management experience or exposure is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of customer journey and customer lifecycle concepts is a plus.
