Representante de Visitas Produccion

Objetivo.

Recibir a los grupos de visitantes para explicar el proceso de producción, dar recorrido en las áreas de producción de tequila y catados solicitados. 

Responsabilidades.

-Recibir, dar recorrido del proceso de producción tequila y acompañar durante su estancia a los visitantes VIP de la Hacienda.

-Asegurar la disponibilidad de muestras de tequila y gestionar los servicios e insumos requeridos con las áreas de servicio involucradas para las sesiones de catado de grupos de visitantes.

-Apoyar a la distribuccion de equiponecesario previo a la visita a las areas productivas.

-Monitorear y reportar variaciones u oportunidades de mejora detectadas en los procesos en produccion .

-Asegurar la satisfaccion del cliente .

-Asegurar que la informacion que comparten con los grupos es la correcta y mantenerse actualizados a los cambios en el porceso.

-Generacion de BSO y LTS en base a sus observaciones durante los rec

Perfil

• Licenciatura Terminada.
• Experiencia Minima de 1 año en Elaboracion del Tequila
• Experiencia minima de 1 año en Actividades Administrativas
• Ingles Avanzado de Negocios.
