How your role contributes to that mission:

We are looking for a Production Trainer in Jerome, ID.  The Production Trainer is trained to effectively and safely carry out the duties/tasks of each position within production. This position will conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.

·         Conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.

·         Oversee and manage training checklists for employee being trained.

·         Learn to carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

·         Assisting in the production process and learning various tasks.

·         Assist with document control.

·         Data entry.

·         Fully trained in all departments.

The profile that shares this sense of contribution:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent.

·         Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

·         Previous work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.

·         Training experience preferred.
