Join our Production Support Logistics team and play an essential role in enabling the manufacture of life-changing therapies. As a Production Support Logistics Operator, you will ensure the timely supply of materials, perform critical production support activities, and help maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and GMP compliance.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. This role is on a rotating shift including days and night and weekends more details available.

The full-time annual base salary for this position in the Netherlands is €34.344 .

What You Will Do

• Perform production support activities, including material staging, disinfection, cleaning, and restocking

• Ensure materials and equipment are available to support manufacturing operations

• Operate decontamination equipment, including autoclaves and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) chambers

• Dispose of waste in accordance with GMP and site procedures

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Follow GMP requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Report deviations, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor

• Collaborate with Manufacturing and other departments to ensure efficient production support
