Job Description

Are you ready to turn complex planning into great operational results?

  • Join AMS Component Planning and help us deliver components at the right time, in the right quality and in the most cost-efficient way. As a Production Planner, you’ll bring strong planning expertise and help translate supply chain dependencies and planning principles into effective execution across sites and functions. This is an opportunity to work in a global environment where balancing service, feasibility and cost is essential. You’ll collaborate with supply chain experts, production teams, technical engineers and colleagues across global sites while helping deliver the plans for the LVA factory.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute short term scheduling and components flow planning from other sites.
  • Apply strong planning expertise and clearly articulate key supply chain dependencies and planning principles.
  • Balance service, feasibility and cost when working across different priorities and departmental initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across functions and global sites.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with supply chain experts, production managers and technical engineers.
  • Use data and analytical insights to support effective planning and decision-making.
  • Support other planners and collaborate with component planning teams across sites.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A strong track record of delivery in production planning or a similar role.
  • Deep planning expertise and a solid understanding of supply chain dependencies and planning principles.
  • SAP technical knowledge.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Analytical and storytelling capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Digital competency.
  • The ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and locations.

What success looks like

  • Success means developing into a confident planning professional who can manage workflows with minimal support, contribute to the effectiveness of the wider planning team and provide strong support to colleagues at other sites. The role also provides opportunities to further strengthen storytelling and digital capabilities.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $76,283.00 - $114,425.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
