We are looking for a

Production Planner 

To join our team at the plant in Pikkala, Kirkkonummi. As a Production Planner, you'll play a vital role in optimizing and managing raw material stock levels to ensure seamless production operations. Collaborating closely with production planning and purchasing, you'll support manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency and meet demand. Whether you're a recent graduate with a passion for supply chain planning or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge, we welcome individuals with a driven attitude and a curious mindset.

Your responsibilities

• Optimize and manage raw material stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
• Monitor the daily progress of the plan and prioritize production in collaboration with Scheduling and Planning teams.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with a diverse stakeholder network, including Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service Center.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain planning or a strong interest in becoming an expert in this field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn and adapt to new IT systems.
• Strong team player mentality and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to maintain focus and adaptability in fast-paced environments, occasionally going the extra mile if needed.
• Excellent English language skills are essential; proficiency in Finnish is preferred.
