What You'll Do
- Assist Casino Audit teams with OASIS software modules and troubleshooting audit report issues.
- Read and interpret T-SQL queries relevant to OASIS Auditing software.
- Coordinate resources across various groups to resolve OASIS issues effectively.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and strategies, providing valuable contributions.
- Apply Salesforce to log problems and track resolution activities.
- Ensure timely completion of customer requests by verifying daily outstanding issues.
- Advance problems according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication records.
- Achieve OASIS Master Certification within 180 days of hire or transfer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in an audit-related field.
- Strong understanding of casino slot auditing principles and processes.
- Proven customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Preferred experience with T-SQL and database concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- An Associate degree or equivalent experience combined with education is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
- Preferred experience in casino operations.
- This role requires registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and may require registration in other gaming jurisdictions where Aristocrat operates.
- The position involves working in an office environment, maneuvering around the workspace, and operating a computer and other office equipment.
- You'll need to be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
