Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in an entry-level Product & Project Management role.

This is a broad support position, working closely with both our Product Managers and Project Managers across the day-to-day administration, coordination and organisation that keeps products and projects moving forward.

You will help with tasks such as maintaining project and product documentation, organising meetings, tracking actions and deadlines, updating plans and systems, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the wider administrative requirements of the Product and Project Management functions.

This role is designed as a development opportunity. Initially, the focus will be on providing reliable support and learning how our products, projects and teams operate. As your knowledge, skills and interests develop, you will receive training and gradually take on more responsibility, with the opportunity to specialise into either Product Management or Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Product Managers and Project Managers.
• Maintain project plans, product documentation, trackers and internal systems.
• Organise meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups.
• Help track project milestones, deadlines, risks and outstanding actions.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations and other management information.
• Coordinate information between teams and help ensure actions are followed up.
• Support product and project processes and documentation.
• Learn and develop an understanding of product and project management practices.
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility as skills and experience develop.

Requirements

This is a junior position and is well suited to someone who is organised, curious, enjoys working with different teams and is interested in developing a career in Product Management or Project Management.

No previous experience as a Product or Project Manager is required. The successful candidate will be supported and trained, with the role expected to develop over time into a more specialised Product Management or Project Management position.
