In the past Marek has held also an array of positions within areas of Technology Consulting, Forensics Technology Services and Data Analytics.
Job description & summary
PwC Czech Republic is looking for a Senior Associate to help improve how our application development teams deliver software. As a Product Owner and AI enablement specialist, you will own selected internal products and help squads adopt practical AI-assisted ways of working, better delivery practices, and lightweight automation.
Own roadmap and backlog for one or two internal initiatives (templates, delivery tooling, AI-assisted ways of working).
Write user stories and acceptance criteria; run refinement with engineering and stakeholders.
Keep the focus on practical impact: who uses it, what changes for them, and what success looks like in day-to-day use.
Advise squads on process and technology use, including AI-assisted delivery; options plus a clear recommendation.
Challenge assumptions early and help teams validate ideas before scaling investments or moving into production delivery.
Identify and implement small, high-impact automations or lightweight prototypes; validate the approach and transition ownership to delivery teams.
Run structured discovery when needed: observe, prepare evidence, separate current from proposed, smallest proof, then recommend.
Demonstrate and coach responsible AI-assisted patterns on real squad work.
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate discussions, build alignment, and communicate recommendations clearly.
Represent the offering through the stage it is in (pilot vs sustained use) and stop work that is not landing.
Hybrid work in Prague (~2 days office, ~3 remote); travel up to about 10% for workshops; client time only as a planned exception to learn a workflow or prove a thin slice.
What matters to us
3–6 years in custom application delivery, technology consulting, business analysis, or product ownership or management on software work.
Product Owner practice: backlog ownership, prioritization, stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder trade-offs.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to support analysis, documentation, prototyping, or software delivery activities.
Czech/Slovak and English - professional working proficiency.
What will help you stand out
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and sufficient technical awareness to work effectively with engineers, challenge assumptions, and understand trade-offs in modern application delivery.
Experience with UX prototyping, process mapping (BPMN), enterprise architecture (EA), or functional specifications.
PO or BA (PSPO/PSM/etc..) professional certification.
Demonstrated experience with light automation (scripts, workflow tools, etc..).
Comfort with risk/impact conversations and leading with what people get, see, or can do.
