ABOUT THE ROLE:

The MarTech product team enables safe, scalable and personalised customer communications across NAB. The Product Owner owns the requirements and manages the delivery backlog and day-to-day priorities for a dedicated squad supporting NAB built UCH, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and Adobe Workfront. The role translates product strategy and business outcomes into executable delivery plans, ensuring quality, governance and continuous platform improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and maintain the squad backlog, ensuring work is ready for delivery, our features are business ready

• Engage stakeholders across the enterprise to understand requirements, facilitate decisions and communicate progress

• Partner with engineering to deliver quality outcomes and manage releases and dependencies

• Support enhancements, migrations, onboarding and adoption across Marketing Workflow and MarTech products –Examples of platforms delivered on include UCH, AJO, ACC, Litmus and Workfront

• Drive improvements to platform capability, stability, governance, scalability and colleague experience

• Ensure delivery complies with NAB risk, security, governance and compliance requirements

• Manage planning, forecasts and spend associated with the Squad

• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead or related roles

• Experience working within Agile product teams and supporting medium-to-large technology delivery

• Experience operating in complex stakeholder and matrix environments

• Experience working with Marketing Technology platforms preferred –E.g. Adobe (AJO, Workfront Fusion or ACC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze

• Strong Product Owner experience in Agile delivery environments

• Manage and prioritise product backlogs, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Translate business outcomes into clear, executable squad priorities

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Work effectively across engineering, architecture, design, analysis, testing and business teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk and dependency management capability

• Understanding of marketing technology, customer engagement or digital experience platforms

• Strong knowledge of AI capabilities for both customer and colleague facing use cases and/or software delivery
