About the Role
As an Associate - Operations, you will manage complex operational workflows across corporate treasury, swap routing, and high-value disbursements. You will work with growing independence to troubleshoot operational discrepancies, maintain core processes and SOPs, and leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
What You Will Do
- Execute complex corporate treasury, market-making, high-value disbursement, and swap-routing workflows within defined SLA timelines.
- Investigate and troubleshoot ledger mismatches, network delays, banking breaks, and other operational discrepancies independently.
- Build, refine, and champion the use of AI prompts, spreadsheet models, macros, or scripts to reduce manual operational work and improve team productivity.
- Maintain core SOPs, develop troubleshooting runbooks, and support the onboarding and knowledge sharing of junior team members.
- Communicate operational updates clearly and promptly with internal cross-functional teams and external trading counterparties.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve product and operational issues, while providing feedback to improve tools and processes.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on operations experience within crypto/Web3, corporate treasury, settlements, payments, or banking operations.
- Solid understanding of fiat payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, liquidity management, and blockchain transaction tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Gemini or ChatGPT, or macros/scripts, to streamline individual or team workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root-cause investigations into operational issues before escalating when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures accurately and document findings clearly.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to escalate effectively and collaborate across teams in time-sensitive situations.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Previous experience working in shift-based, SLA-driven, or high-volume operational environments is a plus.
- An intellectually curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn, improve, and continuously find better ways of working is a plus.
