  • Use data from campaign analysis and product insight to identify opportunities, monitor performance and improve the effectiveness of acquisition and supporter journey activity.
  • Support and upskill colleagues across the marketing delivery team, providing guidance on marketing systems, processes and campaign delivery.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing activity that drives acquisition, engagement and value, ideally within a supporter, customer or participant-focused environment.
  • Experience building, delivering and optimising email and SMS communications, with a strong understanding of supporter or customer journeys.
  • Experience managing agency and supplier relationships, with the ability to deliver activity effectively and maximise value from external partners.
  • Confidence working with complex datasets, using insight to identify opportunities, investigate issues and inform marketing decisions.
  •  Demonstrable experience developing creative briefs, assets and content that deliver against campaign objectives
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms, with Adobe Campaign experience desirable.
