Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product-focused integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities, user needs, and acquisition and engagement objectives.
  • Build a deep understanding of our trading products, platform capabilities, and competitive advantages, and translate technical features into clear user benefits and differentiated value propositions.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and marketing narratives tailored to different investor segments, trading scenarios, and marketing channels.
  • Partner with Product teams to plan and execute go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, and major updates, including audience definition, messaging, channel planning, launch execution, and performance measurement.
  • Identify relevant investor needs and trading use cases, and turn them into compelling campaign concepts, product demonstrations, educational content, and creative briefs.
  • Work with Content, Brand, Growth, and other marketing teams to integrate product value into campaigns across paid media, influencer marketing, third-party partnerships, social media, and owned channels.
  • Brief internal teams, creators, and external partners on product capabilities, audience needs, and key messages; review content for product accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  • Support channel partner marketing initiatives and co-marketing programs that highlight relevant product capabilities and reach target trading audiences.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and inform positioning, campaign development, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance across awareness, acquisition, product adoption, and engagement; provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Work closely with Compliance and relevant stakeholders to ensure marketing materials meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
