You will join our Regional Market Development Centre (RMDC), taking care of developing region such as Bangladesh; Sri Lanka; Cambodia; Myanmar etc for Digital Imaging products. You shall be responsible with formulating marketing and promotion plans for RMDC’s countries for digital camera products, as well as the execution of marketing strategies to increase sales and communication of products across the region.

• Understand RMDC’s country wise situations and characteristics
• Develop, execute and evaluate marketing activities across the various platforms like

• Online, Print and at the Shop Fronts to maximize sales and profit

• Manage model wise forecasts and budgets.

What you will be doing

• Cultivate good working relationship and communication flow with counterparts in the RMDC’s branches as well as internally with other product category in-charge, marcom and procurement teams.

• Oversee category business operation, budget net sales, profits and inventory target achievements

• Responsible for the price setting of all products related to the categories in RMDC’s region

• ATL and BTL communications to end consumers

• Monitor inventory level in all RMDC’s distributor warehouses and keep it at healthy level

• Create regular reports to update management on sales and inventory performance KPIs

• Develop & execute marketing plans for specific models or as a total category, tailoring it to the target audience identified to grow presence and shares in your focus markets.

What you should have

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business-related discipline

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ product marketing experience in regional capacity.

• High proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps.

• Comfortable with travelling for market visits
