We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the E-commerce team in Apify Store, which builds E-commerce Scraping Tool. It extracts product and price data from almost any retail site, and more than 15,000 people have used it. The team is also set to take on real estate data and is turning custom solutions built for larger customers into one product. You'll have the autonomy to decide where the team goes next.

What you'll be working on:

• Own the E-commerce team end to end, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for E-commerce Scraping Tool, the e-commerce use cases it serves, and the team's upcoming real estate product.

• Grow usage and revenue, and decide on pricing, packaging, and positioning. Your aim is to grow the number of customers and subsequently revenue with it.

• Define the KPIs for your team and report on them in regular check-ins with the Head of Store.

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers, a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), and a technical consultant. Translate user pain into roadmap decisions, scope work with developers, and align the go-to-market strategy with your PMM.

• Talk to users every week, from self-serve to larger customers, run customer calls, dig into support tickets, and turn feedback into a clear product direction.

• Track how online stores change because retail sites redesign pages and tighten anti-scraping measures often.

• Monitor competitors and new use cases (especially AI agents), and decide what to build in response. When things break, coordinate developers, support, and customers.

• Shape Store-wide strategy, ****work with the Head of Store and the other Store PMs. Your scope reaches beyond your own team, and you'll have a say in where Apify Store goes overall.

• Use AI in your daily work for research, drafting, prototyping, and data exploration. Every PM at Apify works this way.

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years of product management experience on products you owned end to end: not just managed sprints, but defined the strategy, made the trade-offs, and were accountable for the outcome. Ideally on a marketplace, developer tool, data, or e-commerce product.

• A technical mindset: you understand coding principles and how scrapers and APIs work, and can have a substantive conversation with senior developers. You don't need to know how to code.

• Commercial thinking: you care about revenue, pricing, and unit economics as much as shipping features.

• Clear, concise communication: the confidence to push back and the humility to change your mind when the data says so.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy: you'll be given a domain and trusted to figure it out.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Czech is not required.

• Able to work full-time from the Prague or Brno office.

• Experience with e-commerce data use cases, such as price monitoring, product catalogs, or competitor tracking.

• Comfortable pulling your own data with SQL and BI tools (Mixpanel, dashboards), and defining what success looks like without waiting for the Data team.

• Familiarity with the AI agent ecosystem and how data flows into LLM applications.

What we expect from you in the first 6 months:

By the end of the first month, we expect you to:

• Get deep into the Apify platform and Apify Store - understand the difference between Apify-maintained and community Actors, how the marketplace works, and how money flows through it.

• Onboard with Engineering, Delivery, Growth, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

• Meet your team (developers, PMM, and technical consultant) and learn the Actors, the target stores, the larger customers, and the user base.

• Work confidently in Apify Console, GitHub, Zenhub, Mixpanel, Notion, and the rest of the stack.

By the end of the first 4 months, we expect you to:

• Run customer calls on your own.

• Own the metrics for your team - know them cold, monitor them weekly, and draw your own conclusions.

• Run sprint planning with the lead developer.

• Ship your first product or pricing changes and measure their effect on usage or revenue.

• Work with your PMM on the go-to-market and positioning for your Actors.

• Contribute actively in Store team meetings and bring fresh perspectives.

From month 4 onwards, we expect you to:

• Hold full ownership and accountability for your team - strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and revenue.

• Define the 12-month vision for your team's Actors.

• Help shape the long-term Apify Store strategy with the Head of Store.

• Drive a Store-wide initiative beyond your team - a cross-cutting improvement, an experiment, or a process.

• Be a trusted voice in cross-team product discussions.
