This is an opportunity to shape the future of Business Banking at ING and make a real impact on how Australian businesses manage their everyday banking needs. As Product Manager, Daily Banking, you'll own a key portfolio spanning accounts, payments, cash management and digital servicing. 

Working across customer experience, strategy, technology and commercial outcomes, you'll define product vision, identify opportunities and bring innovative solutions to life. Partnering with teams across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and Delivery, you'll create seamless digital experiences that deliver value for both customers and the business. 

We're seeking someone who thinks and acts like an owner, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes, risk and execution realities to drive results. 

While experience in Product Management, Business Banking or Financial Services is valuable, we're equally interested in people who demonstrate strong ownership, curiosity, judgement and a proven ability to solve complex problems.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the Daily Banking product strategy, translating customer needs into valuable, scalable and commercially sustainable solutions.
• Use customer insights, market research, data and experimentation to identify opportunities and inform investment decisions.
• Drive customer adoption, engagement, deposit growth and commercial performance across key products and channels.
• Partner across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and Delivery to design and deliver innovative customer solutions.
• Make informed trade-offs between customer value, risk, complexity and delivery outcomes to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading complex products, propositions or customer outcomes in a regulated environment.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across business, technology, operations and risk functions.
• A curious, growth-oriented mindset with strong ownership and a passion for solving customer problems.
• Experience in Business Banking, Daily Banking or Payments is advantageous, alongside demonstrated use of AI to improve productivity, decision-making or customer outcomes.
