Sobre este puesto de Clinical Agent Lead (Product) en Thesis
About us
Thesis Care is building the AI-powered care team platform for infinitely scalable clinical capacity. We radically increase access and improve quality of care by combining AI agents with clinical experts to take on high-impact clinical operations and care management activities for healthcare organizations.
We’re based in NYC, are growing rapidly, and are backed by significant venture funding from leading healthtech investors.
About the role
We’re looking for a Clinical Agent Lead to own a portfolio of clinical AI agents from idea to real-world impact. You’ll work directly with clients, clinicians, and engineers to understand the work our agents need to do, define the right first version, ship it, and continuously improve it in production.
You are the end-to-end owner: part client partner, part clinical workflow designer, part product leader, and part builder. You’ll turn ambiguity into clear work, make strong tradeoffs, and get directly involved in shipping, including contributing to implementation when that is the fastest path forward.
Responsibilities
- Own related clinical agents from concept through deployment, iteration, and expansion.
- Work directly with clients to understand workflows, constraints, and outcomes; translate those into agent capabilities.
- Turn complex clinical and operational problems into crisp requirements, workflow designs, prototypes, and even real-world solutions
- Partner closely with engineering and contribute directly to implementation, including writing or reviewing pull requests when it helps the team move faster.
- Partner with commercial and client-facing teams to scope, refine, and support go-to-market strategy for new agents, translating customer and market needs into product requirements and launch plan.
- Establish how agents are evaluated, monitor performance and failure modes, and drive the next iteration.
- Identify reusable patterns across client needs and turn them into scalable new capabilities, not one-off custom work.
- Keep Delivery, Engineering, clinical stakeholders, and leadership aligned on what is shipping and what needs to change.
- Contribute to product and engineering leadership in the definition of end to end product strategy for the business
We expect you to have
- A Proven professional Pedigree: You bring 3+ years of significant experience owning complex products or operational systems in a fast-moving environment. Engineering, product, clinical operations, implementation and strategy backgrounds are all relevant.
- High Agency: Passion for diving into hard problems with little oversight and a founder’s mentality
- Healthcare Expertise: Deep healthcare knowledge and sound instincts for clinical and operational workflows is preferred.
- Highly Technical: Technical fluency with software (including shipping code), AI systems, integrations, and implementation tradeoffs.
- A Builder’s Mindset: You test assumptions, move quickly, and get useful work in front of users.
- Strong Communicator: Unmatched written communication and judgment under ambiguity.
- Client-Facing: Comfort working directly with senior clients and cross-functional teams.
- AI-Native: Experience using AI effectively and curiosity about how agents can responsibly transform clinical operations.
- NYC-based: Enthusiasm for working in-office 3+ days per week.
Target Compensation for this role is 175K - 250K, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
