• Define a long-term product vision aligned with Airtm’s mission and goals.

• Conduct structured customer and market research to deeply understand pain points and opportunities.

• Translate vision into a realistic, high-leverage roadmap and backlog that balances short-term growth with long-term scalability.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to build and ship features that drive user adoption.

• Work closely with growth and marketing to accelerate go-to-market adoption and unlock new revenue streams.

• Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI powered capabilities directly into the product, from intelligent automation and personalization to surfacing insights that help users make better financial decisions.

• Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day workflow for research, spec writing, competitive analysis, data synthesis and help raise the bar for how the broader team works.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in blockchain, fintech or SaaS companies

• Proven success building and launching consumer facing products

• Experience in agile environments with cross-functional global teams

• Strong product intuition backed by analytical rigor

• Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure

• Active, practical experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, or equivalents)

• A confident, data driven, force of nature that knows how to move the needle in a high growth start-up environment.

• A strategic thinker who can zoom out to market dynamics and zoom in to execution.

• Genuinely excited about blockchain and crypto.

• A natural collaborator who communicates clearly across functions and levels.

• Hands-on with AI tools and always experimenting with what’s next.

• Highly analytical, but equally comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership.

• Customer-obsessed, with a strong sense of product-market fit and value delivery.
