  • Communicate and report to management the status of any critical external relationships and/or market conditions or constraints that could affect planning and decision-making

  • Provide input into the development of Strategic Sourcing’s annual plan

  • Extensive experience developing sourcing, procurement, and contract delivery strategies across design, production, creative services, FF&E, and equipment, including managing processes from bid through award

  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen, including familiarity with negotiating key contract terms and conditions, risk allocation, and supplier/vendor relationships

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify needs and implement effective solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver commitments in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment while collaborating effectively across functions including Legal, Finance, Controls, Risk Management, Safety, and Project Management

  • Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, platforms, and tools, and to work effectively in a virtual, diverse, and inclusive environment across multiple time zones

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key Disney Cruise Line New Build vendors, suppliers, and business partners

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support project needs, supplier engagement, and key business partner relationships
