WE ARE HIRING:
Procurement Assistant
Requisitos :
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Comercio, Administración o afín.
- 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en Procurement, Compras o gestión de proveedores.
- Experiencia trabajando con volúmenes altos de información y operaciones simultáneas.
- Manejo de Excel; deseable experiencia con SAP u otros ERP.
- Organización, sentido de urgencia, capacidad analítica y orientación a soluciones.
Actividades:
- Gestión y seguimiento de órdenes de compra y solicitudes de gastos.
- Alta, actualización y seguimiento de proveedores.
- Seguimiento de tickets, correos electrónicos y solicitudes de diferentes departamentos.
- Actualización y control de archivos y registros administrativos.
- Apoyo en actividades administrativas relacionadas con el área de Compras y Procurement.
