THE WESTGOLD OFFER

• Full-time, permanent positions based at our Higginsville Operation in Kambalda.
• Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 15% STI bonus + Superannuation.
• 8:6–7:7 – 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off, flying Tuesday to Tuesday.

THE ROLE

• Operate of all processing plant equipment relating to: Milling, CIL, Crushing & the Elution circuit as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities
• Operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner
• Operate process control systems using CITECT
• Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
• Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant
• Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required
   

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
• Experience working within a gold processing plant
• Experience with Sag/Ball Mill Operations
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable)
• Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
• Gas Testing Ticket (desirable)
• Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
• Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
