YOUR NEW ROLE

We’re looking for a Lean/Six Sigma Expert for Process Re-engineering (Corporate & Institutional Banking). Experienced in global banking or financial services environments, with strong understanding of market dynamics across geographies, is preferred.

In this role, you will drive customer-centric process improvement initiatives by translating insights into clear process flows, requirements, and optimisation opportunities. You’ll play a key part in strengthening service design, enabling automation, and supporting change adoption through effective communication and structured delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Produce high‑quality process documentation and process maps, accurately capturing current  and future state processes to support standardisation, simplification, and informed decision‑making

• Support effective project delivery by maintaining plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies, and providing timely, accurate status reporting across workstreams

• Enable change delivery by contributing to the development of change and communication artefacts that support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new ways of working

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, operations, and enablement teams to gather inputs, validate outputs, and ensure alignment to delivery objectives

• Apply delivery and governance discipline, ensuring artefacts, data, and reporting meet required standards and escalating issues, risks, or gaps as appropriate

What we are looking for:

• 15+ Experience with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive enterprise-level change programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on efficiency, scalability and value creation.

• Establish clear governance structures, monitor risks, and ensure effective change management and adoption across impacted teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations 

• Working Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum Delivery approached and change management frameworks 

• Capability in digital, automation, and AI concepts, with the ability to support their application to process re-engineering

• Supporting complex change initiatives across operational environments and build strong relationships by working collaboratively & influence stakeholders.

• Adapt to a changing environment, present challenges with alternative solutions. Growth Mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.​​

• Experience in Advanced Analysis & Problem Solving with demonstrable measurement technique

• Proven track record for delivery of complex change initiatives globally.
