What a typical day looks like:

1）部门整体运营管理 / Overall Engineering Operations

•     全面负责工程部门运营，管理3个工程团队（覆盖多个项目线）

Fully accountable for overall engineering operations, managing three engineering teams across multiple project lines

•     制定并达成部门核心目标（质量、成本、交付、效率）

Define and achieve departmental objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Efficiency)

•     对整体工程交付结果（NPI及量产）承担最终责任

Take full ownership of overall engineering deliverables (including NPI and mass production)

•     为新产品开发及批量生产提供系统性技术支持

Provide systematic technical support for new product development and mass production

2）工程战略与技术规划 / Engineering Strategy & Technology Planning

•     制定工程能力发展战略（自动化、DFM体系、制造技术升级等）

Define engineering capability development strategy (e.g., automation, DFM systems, manufacturing technology upgrades)

•     推动核心技术沉淀，实现标准化与平台化

Drive core technology accumulation and enable standardization and platformization

•     支撑公司业务战略发展（如AI机柜/服务器产品方向）

Support company business strategy (e.g., AI rack/server product direction)

3）资源与组织管理 / Resource & Organization Management

• 优化组织架构，确保团队高效运作
  Optimize organizational structure to ensure efficient team operation
• 制定人员编制规划及组织能力建设方案
  Develop headcount planning and organizational capability strategies
• 打造高绩效团队，持续提升团队能力与执行力
  Build high-performance teams and continuously enhance capability and execution

4）重大项目与客户管理 / Program & Key Account Management

• 参与关键客户（Top Accounts）技术决策，提供DFM/DFA解决方案
  Participate in technical decision-making for key accounts and provide DFM/DFA solutions
• 主导重大项目（高风险/高价值）交付
  Lead delivery of high-risk and high-impact programs
• 协调跨团队资源，推动关键问题闭环解决
  Coordinate cross-functional resources and drive critical issue resolution

5）成本管理与业务驱动 / Cost Management & Business Support

• 主导部门级降本（材料、工艺、设计优化）
  Lead department-level cost reduction initiatives (material, process, design optimization)
• 支持报价评估及DFM降本方案制定
  Support quotation and develop DFM-based cost reduction proposals
• 为业务拓展提供技术支持（新客户/新项目导入）
  Provide technical support for business development (new customers and projects)

6）风险与质量体系管理 / Risk & Quality Management

•     决策重大技术与资源方向，管控工程风险

Make decisions on critical technical and resource directions, managing engineering risks

•     在客户及管理层层面具备影响力与推动能力

Influence and drive alignment across customers and senior management

•     主导重大客诉及高层沟通

Lead major customer escalations and executive-level communications

确保团队遵循质量管理体系及相关标准

Ensure full compliance with quality management systems and standards

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

本科及以上学历，主修机械工程或自动控制或电气工程或电子技术

Bachelor’s degree or above , Major in Mechanical engineering or Automatic control or Electrical engineering or Electronic technology

具有电气或工程机械技术中级职称或相关领域的专业知识。

Intermediate professional title in electrical or construction machinery technology or professional knowledge in related field

熟悉办公技能，Auto CAD软件,良好的英语读写能力，以及英文口语交流能力

Familiar with office skills, Auto CAD software. Proficient in both written and spoken English with effective communication skills. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

在电气箱组装、机械组装或系统集成领域具备10年以上工作经验，且拥有5–10年工程部门管理经验。

Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical enclosure assembly, me-chanical assembly, or system integration, with 5–10 years of engineering management experience
