What you will do
- Be responsible for certain processes in terms of electrical test engineering of semiconductor devices
- Create test programmes for electrical testing and characteriziation on wafer-level basis
- Support the operational test organization with technical expertise
- Analyze blocked WIP to support and enable rapid lot release
- Perform trouble shooting and root cause analysis for production disturbances (e.g. 8D)
- Represent wafer test department in new semiconductor development projects at Nexperia
- Lead improvement projects and process optimisation
- Work closely with different Stakeholders from Quality, R&D, Product Engineering and Production
- Be part of a highly dynamic and demanding environment
What you will need
- University Degree in physics, electrical engineering or comparable
- Experience in machine programming and/or computer modelling and simulation
- Quality management and manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience in the area of test processes with automatic test equipment or measurement of standard products
- Very good knowledge of the application of statistical methods and tests (in gradations)
- Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage
- Team player and good communication skills
- Ability to embrace and promote change and influence others
- Motivation to make a difference and drive things forward
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both oral and written
