Position Summary岗位概述

负责碳纳米管流化床粉体生产工艺的全流程维护与升级放大，优化设备稳定性及产品转化率，提供技术解决方案，推动生产过程能力、产能与生产效率的持续提升。参与新型流化床CVD工艺及技术的研发工作，如催化剂体系优化、碳源改进及反应器结构优化，突破碳纳米管制备的技术瓶颈。

 Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求（主要职责）

·   负责流化床的生产工艺维护，梳理现有工艺，使用统计技术提高流程能力，不断提高产品品质和稳定性，持续优化和改进，确保设备稳定高效运行.

·       主导流化床的生产工艺的优化和改进，负责跟踪工艺验证的小批量试产，包括试产方案的制定和实施，试产过程的跟进以及试产总结。

·       监控生产过程，收集并分析工艺数据，识别潜在技术问题，提出解决方案并落地执行，建立并完善流化床工艺操作规程，提高设备稳定性和产品转化率。

·       对流化床的生产中出现的异常情况，使用系统的故障分析方法，协助生产部分析根本原因，提供技术建议和支持，建议并实施工艺改进。

·       跟踪碳纳米管行业内流化床技术的最新进展，收集行业技术信息，为公司技术发展提出可行的技术改进建议。主导流化床设备的放大，摸索相应的放大生产工艺，衔接研发和生产，建立新一代流化床技术基础，提高流化床生产效率。

·       具备扎实的化工专业知识，对化工生产过程有一定的了解，熟悉常用的化工设备。

·       对气固流化床或催化裂解有较良好的专业基础，熟悉流体动力学模拟计算和工艺放大。

·       具备独立解决问题的能力和跨部门良好的沟通能力。

·       熟悉工艺管控的方法并能运用到实际工作中。

·       品行端正，积极上进，强烈的学习意愿，及较强的学习能力。

·       严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力；严格按照ISO9000、IATF16949、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求；

·       严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报；

·       良好的英文读说读写能力。

Education/Experience 教育/经验

材料科学与工程、化学工程、化学工艺系、物理化学等相关专业本科及以上学历；有流化床相关研究方向硕士学历优先。
