Private Wealth Advisor:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with high-net-worth individuals, their families, family offices, and corporates.
- Deeply understand customers' needs, provide professional asset allocation suggestions, and continuously deliver excellent post-investment services to establish long-term service relationships.
- Provide professional investment consulting and advisory services to potential customers to promote product sales and transactions.
- Leverage our firm's unique resources to meet customers' diversified financial needs.

Pre-requisites:
- Upright, humble, and diligent with high moral values.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong interest in the financial industry and wealth management business.
- Retail/personal business experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Understanding of various financial market products with excellent learning ability.
- Client-oriented, passionate about sales and the financial industry, positive and confident with excellent communication skills.
- SFC and/or HKMA license holder.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is preferred.



Institutional Wealth Advisor：
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for developing business relationship with high- net- worth individuals, their families, family offices and corporates. Understands client needs and requirements, identifies investment opportunities and provides financial advice to clients. The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include but not limited to:
Developing and maintaining business relationship with target clients, bringing in new clients and new AUM to the firm. Providing investment advisory and asset allocation services. Provide trading and execution services for clients on equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, futures and options, mutual funds, hedge funds, PE funds and structured products etc. Assist clients on wealth planning and preservation through various tools and services. Working in a highly dedicated and professional team environment.

Pre-requisites：
Knowledge
- Sufficient knowledge on the Chinese and international capital markets, all major investment instruments and the firm's products and services.
- Understanding the client's investment need and orientation.
Skills and Abilities
- Client service driven.
- Passionate for front line sales roles and interested in financial market.
- Effective communicator.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
- Highly disciplined and self motivator.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years sales related experience in banking and finance companies, preferably having direct experiences in securities dealing and wealth management roles.
- Bachelor degree in relevant majors, preferably an MBA degree holder.
- SFC license 1 and 4.
