  • Manage CMMS data and collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor production workflows, resolve job delays, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Conduct time-and-motion studies across production equipment to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile material records to maintain accurate stock levels.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who’ll hit the ground running with:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in manufacturing, commercial printing, industrial production, or supply chain logistics, or a relevant college degree.
  • Experience using tools like Qlik, Power BI, or advanced Excel to analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and share insights.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems, work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment downtime tracking.
  • Understand process improvement, including creating SOPs, mapping workflows, and applying 5S principles.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with production teams, maintenance staff, and plant leadership.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test to support a safe and productive workplace.

Skills and Qualities That Set You Apart

  • Familiarity with commercial printing equipment, such as HP PageWide and Indigo presses, Hunkeler sheeters, or Muller Martini and Horizon binders.
  • Experience reviewing machine error logs and equipment performance data using tools like HP PrintOS.
  • Ability to analyze equipment investments, production costs, and inventory expenses to support business decisions.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles, including root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and grow into future plant leadership opportunities.
