We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Principal Business Analysis.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Principal Business Analysis position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and establishing requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Develop and execute the overall vision and strategy for the organization’s business analysis function.

• Lead the development of comprehensive business analysis frameworks and standards.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business analysis initiatives across the organization.

• Oversee the management and development of the business analysis team.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Ensure the integration of business analysis practices into all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Represent the organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions on business analysis.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business analysis processes and technologies.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the organization’s business analysis objectives are met.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Visionary leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Expertise in developing comprehensive business analysis frameworks and standards.

• Proven track record of aligning business analysis efforts with organizational goals.

• Ability to drive the adoption of new tools and technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Strong ability to collaborate with executive leadership.

• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Ability to represent the organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in business analysis practices.
