Marsh Risk is seeking an experienced Principal Broker with a strong background in account management and new business within Property and Casualty Insurance to join our Corporate team.  This role will be based in Perth.   This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Principal Broker – Corporate

This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in large new business tenders and proposals, building a network of opportunities, and designing and placing complex insurance programs. 

We will count on you to:

• Manage an existing portfolio of Corporate clients

• Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.

• On-board new clients and deliver on Marsh’s value proposition with high-quality service.

• Build and maintain meaningful senior-level relationships with insurers and key revenue-generating accounts.

• Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring strong account retention and defence.

• Actively participate in claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.

• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.

• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.

• Strong market presence within General Insurance.
