micro1 is engaging experienced Primary Care / Physician Experts for a remote project focused on reviewing and evaluating real-world healthcare content. In this role, you’ll apply your clinical knowledge and practical experience to assess medical scenarios, provide accurate clinical reasoning, and contribute high-quality expert feedback.

Scope of Work

1. Review and evaluate primary care and general medicine scenarios.
2. Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, clinical findings, and other relevant information.
3. Apply clinical reasoning to identify appropriate differential diagnoses and next steps.
4. Evaluate proposed treatment and patient management approaches based on established clinical practices.
5. Review medical content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
6. Identify incorrect, unclear, or potentially misleading clinical information.
7. Provide clear explanations and evidence-based reasoning for your evaluations.
8. Complete structured annotation, evaluation, and quality-review tasks using your healthcare expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional experience or demonstrated expertise in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or a related clinical field.
2. Relevant medical education, qualifications, or professional certifications are preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning.
4. Familiarity with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medical practices.
5. Prior Human Data experience, such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI model evaluation, or similar work.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
