We are looking for an experienced Pricing Specialist – Deal Desk to lead pricing strategy, commercial modelling, and estimation activities for complex, large-scale technology and business services engagements. The role requires strong expertise in solution pricing, cost optimisation, financial analysis, and commercial solutioning across multiple service offerings.

The ideal candidate will combine analytical and consulting capabilities with a strong understanding of commercial models, solution architecture, and deal economics. You will help develop competitive, profitable, and commercially viable proposals that improve deal win rates while ensuring sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of pricing strategies, cost estimates, commercial models, and pricing narratives for complex enterprise deals.
• Develop and review TCO analyses, business cases, effort estimates, and financial models to support commercial decision-making.
• Evaluate pricing assumptions, cost structures, margins, and commercial risks to improve deal profitability.
• Shape deal solutions by integrating multiple service offerings and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and commercial synergies.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of standardised estimation methodologies, pricing frameworks, and commercial models.
• Support deal qualification, solution reviews, pricing governance, and internal approval processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, Finance, Delivery, Transition, and other stakeholders to ensure pricing aligns with proposed solutions and delivery capabilities.
• Participate in client presentations, solution discussions, due diligence sessions, and commercial reviews.
• Help articulate value propositions that connect pricing strategies and solution design with client business objectives.
• Review commercial assumptions and provide inputs on contracting terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Work with delivery and transition teams to incorporate operational feedback into estimation and pricing models.
• Collaborate with industry subject matter experts to develop relevant performance metrics, including Business Level Agreements (BLAs) and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
• Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and recommendations for leadership and client-facing discussions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline deal desk processes, strengthen pricing governance, and improve win rates and profitability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 14+ years of relevant experience in pricing, deal desk, commercial solutioning, estimation, consulting, or technology services.
• Strong expertise in pricing strategies, cost optimisation, financial modelling, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-offering deals across GCC, Captive, BOT/BOTT, AMS, IMS, CMS, BPO, or related service models.
• Strong understanding of solution integration, delivery models, commercial constructs, and enterprise deal economics.
• Experience developing business cases, TCO analyses, effort estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals.
• Excellent analytical and consulting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong capabilities in financial analysis and modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop structured, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance commercial competitiveness, delivery feasibility, risk management, and profitability.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality analytical deliverables.
