Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for acting as wait staff for a Premium Club.

• Setting up assigned Clubs to accommodate food and beverage orders for the day.
• Taking and delivering day-of-game orders by fulfilling all guest requests.
• Maintaining a professional, upscale image in both personal appearance and immediate work area cleanliness.
• Accountable for taking payment through the proper POS system and cleaning the Club upon completion of event.

Qualifications

• Must have availability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to communicate with others professionally and respectfully
• Ability to participate in a team environment
• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
• Awareness of customer services and needs
• Ability to understand written and oral directions
• Flexible work schedule availability (event based schedule)
• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

Required Certifications: 

1. CA Food Handlers Certification:
This certification is required for all positions in the following departments: 

• Catering
• Clubs
• Concessions
• Culinary
• Stewarding (Dishwashing)
• Suites
• Warehouse

2. CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification:
This certification is required for all positions in the following departments: 

• Catering
• Clubs
• Concessions
• Suites

IMPORTANT: You must pass the exam at the end of the course to obtain the RBS certification.
