Sobre este puesto de Pre-Suit Attorney - Employment Law Group en Morgan & Morgan, P.A.
At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.
This is a high-volume, fast-moving pre-suit role for attorneys who bring strong legal judgment, sharp negotiation skills, and a relentless focus on moving cases toward meaningful resolution. You will manage an active caseload from intake through settlement, evaluate claims, build early case strategy, communicate directly with clients, prepare demand packages, and negotiate with opposing counsel, employers, and carriers.
You will succeed in this role by keeping matters moving. That means identifying key liability and damages issues early, setting clear client expectations, responding quickly, prioritizing effectively, and making practical recommendations that advance each case. You must be comfortable balancing urgency with attention to detail and confident making strategic decisions across a substantial volume of files.
Our clients come to us at pivotal moments in their professional lives. They need an advocate who listens, communicates clearly, and fights to secure the strongest possible outcome without unnecessary delay. The attorneys who thrive on this team are energetic, organized, client-focused, entrepreneurial, and committed to delivering results.
We welcome attorneys from a broad range of backgrounds and career stages. Whether you have practiced plaintiff-side employment law, represented employers, handled high-volume pre-suit matters, or developed transferable negotiation experience in another practice area, we encourage you to apply.
We are growing across multiple states, including Massachusetts, California, Washington, D.C., New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Michigan. We encourage applications from attorneys based in Boston, Los Angeles/Orange County/San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, and Detroit.
If you are looking for an opportunity to advocate for employees, resolve cases efficiently, and help build a modern, technology-enabled employment practice, we want to hear from you.
