As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, Big Tech/AI, you will partner with Sales to demonstrate how Socure can solve complex identity, fraud, risk, and compliance challenges for strategic technology and AI customers.

You will lead discovery, technical qualification, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and executive presentations throughout the sales cycle. Your work will create customer confidence in Socure’s solution, establish a technically credible path to implementation, and support successful handoff to post-sales teams.

What you’ll do

• Own pre-sales solution consulting for strategic Big Tech/AI customers from qualification through closed won.

• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to understand customer priorities, business objectives, technical requirements, and decision criteria.

• Lead discovery sessions that uncover customer challenges across identity, fraud, risk, onboarding, compliance, and operational workflows.

• Design scalable solutions that align Socure’s platform capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical workshops, architecture discussions, and executive presentations.

• Lead or support proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, and data study design and execution in partnership with Data Science.

• Define clear POC success criteria, assumptions, evaluation metrics, implementation considerations, and risks.

• Translate complex technical, analytical, and statistical findings into clear recommendations for technical, business, and executive audiences.

• Support RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, technical questionnaires, proposals, statements of work, and related sales deliverables.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Marketing to address customer requirements and deliver compelling solutions.

• Build technical win strategies that establish credible solution fit, customer confidence, and a clear path to implementation.

• Apply industry and domain expertise to tailor strategies for customers operating in identity, fraud, fintech, financial services, AI, data, and regulated environments.

• Bring customer and field insights back to Product and Product Marketing to influence roadmap priorities, messaging, and future solution innovation.

• Create reusable assets, frameworks, and playbooks that improve consistency and effectiveness across the Solution Consulting team.

• Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, customer focus, and continuous learning.

• Partner with post-sales teams to ensure high-quality handoffs, including customer goals, proposed architecture, POC outcomes, assumptions, risks, and success criteria.

What you’ll bring

• Significant experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role.

• A proven track record leading enterprise sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and complex technical or operational requirements.

• Strong experience with discovery, solution design, technical demonstrations, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept execution.

• Technical depth across RESTful APIs, data flows, analytics, machine learning or data science-adjacent technologies, and modern software delivery environments.

• Experience translating complex technical, analytical, or statistical concepts into clear business recommendations.

• Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, risk management, fintech, financial services, Big Tech, AI, or other data-intensive domains.

• The ability to build credibility with both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, data products, or technology integrations.

• A customer-first mindset with strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• A commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
