About the Role:

We are looking for a Presales Executive to support the Enterprise Sales team by understanding merchant requirements, recommending suitable payment solutions, and driving solution presentations during the sales cycle. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, Integration, and Operations teams to ensure successful solutioning and merchant onboarding.

Expectations / Requirements:

•Partner with the Sales team during customer engagements to understand merchant business requirements.

•Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective enterprise merchants.

•Recommend appropriate Payment Gateway and value-added solutions based on merchant requirements.

•Coordinate with Product, Technology, Integration, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure solution feasibility.

•Prepare solution documents, proposals, presentations, and commercial responses for enterprise opportunities.

•Support merchants during the technical evaluation and onboarding process.

•Address product-related queries and provide functional guidance during the sales cycle.

•Stay updated on the Payments ecosystem, industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

•Ensure a seamless transition from presales to implementation and account management teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA will be an added advantage.

•2–5 years of relevant experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Payment Solutions, or Enterprise Solutions.

•Experience in Payment Gateway, FinTech, SaaS, Banking, API-based products, or Digital Payments will be preferred.

•Strong understanding of APIs, Payment Gateway flows, UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and online payment ecosystems.

•Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
