We’re looking for an experienced PPC & Paid Social Specialist to join our growing team of marketers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across search and social platforms to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and achieve strong ROI for a diverse portfolio of home improvement clients.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure paid media strategies align with broader marketing goals and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Nextdoor, and other relevant paid social channels
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to continuously improve results
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and hit performance KPIs
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copy, creative, and landing pages are optimized for conversion
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
• Stay up to date on PPC, paid social, and SEM trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Provide clear, data-driven reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, including recommendations for future strategy
• Work closely with SEO, analytics, and account teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Nextdoor etc.
• Proven track record of building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive measurable ROI and performance improvements
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Experience with PPC and paid media management tools, and advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance insights, strategy, and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with creative, SEO, analytics, and account management teams
