  • Financial management: Own portfolio-level budget management across capital, expense, forecasting, reconciliation, and funding requests; partner with Finance, Vendor Management, Procurement, and leadership to ensure disciplined financial controls and visibility.
  • Project and program oversight: Oversee multiple project managers and ensure project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions are actively managed across strategic initiatives and operational workstreams.
  • Delivery accountability: Maintain overall accountability for successful project execution and ongoing business-as-usual outcomes, including status reporting, issue escalation, stakeholder alignment, benefits tracking, and post-implementation stability.
  • Solution delivery partnership: Partner closely with Solution Directors and their teams to define scope, estimate resources, align priorities, support solution delivery, and remove roadblocks that may impact delivery timelines, budgets, or business outcomes.

  • Business partnership: Build trusted relationships with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital & Technology, and cross-functional partners to ensure portfolio decisions align with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
  • Change leadership: Drive transformational change across people, process, and technology by helping teams adopt new ways of working, strengthening accountability, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared for change impacts.
  • Team leadership and development: Lead, coach, and develop project managers and portfolio team members; set clear expectations, provide feedback, support career growth, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational excellence: Ensure ongoing support, business continuity, and production readiness remain a core focus alongside project delivery, particularly for critical Merchandising and Supply Chain systems and processes.
  • Vendor and contract coordination: Partner with Solution Directors, Procurement, Legal, Vendor Management, and external partners to support statements of work, vendor deliverables, contract timelines, and cost management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
