What you will have an opportunity to do: 

As the Pool Manager, you will lead the experience at the heart of the resort, where energy, relaxation, and luxury meet. This role offers the opportunity to curate an elevated poolside environment that reflects the resort’s commitment to coastal elegance and exceptional service, especially as enhancements and renovations continue to shape the guest journey. You will oversee cabana experiences, cleanliness standards, and daily operations while developing a team of pool attendants who deliver thoughtful, anticipatory service. From first impressions to lasting memories, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant, polished, and guest-focused atmosphere that defines the pool experience.

Your Role:

• Lead daily pool operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and upscale environment at all times 

• Oversee cabana setup, presentation, reservations, and guest experience 

• Supervise, train, and support pool attendants to deliver consistent luxury-level service 

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across pool decks, furniture, and amenities 

• Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and demand 

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and resort policies 

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally 

• Collaborate with leadership on enhancements, activations, and operational improvements 

• Uphold a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the resort’s brand standards 

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail 

• Oversee the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of the game room, ensuring a clean, welcoming and guest ready environment 

• Work collaboratively with all Recreation departments and serve as a cross-functional leader, stepping in to support or oversee other departments when their respective Manager is unavailable

We are seeking an energetic and service-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of resort or recreational operations and a proven ability to create and execute engaging programs for a diverse audience. 

Candidates should be confident, outgoing, connect with guests and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. 

The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is critical. 

Management experience in resort recreation, beach or pool operations, or hospitality programming is preferred.
