The Operations Associate, Integrated Solutions PMO will support consistent and efficient project execution across the Integrated Solutions PMO. The role helps maintain and improve PMO processes, tools, and ways of working, with responsibility for coordinating selected activities such as SOPs, training materials, communications, and governance routines. It also supports alignment across portfolio management (Clarity), the project toolkit, labor tracking, and related PMO systems.
Working with system and functional owners, this individual will help improve consistency, integration, and adoption across PMO tools and processes. The role will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying practical opportunities, supporting implementation, and helping strengthen project delivery and operational efficiency.
This role is part of the global Integrated Solutions business and reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Solutions PMO. This will be an on-site role, based in Krakow, Poland.
What you will do:
· Support core PMO processes, tools, and communications, including SOPs, work instructions, training programs, departmental updates, and the department SharePoint site, helping ensure consistency, accessibility, and adoption across global teams
· Support alignment across the PMO tool landscape by working with system and tool owners (e.g., Clarity, project toolkit, and time tracking) to improve consistency in data, processes, and ways of working across the project lifecycle
· Help implement standardized project execution practices and practical improvements to tools and systems, supporting planning, scheduling, resource tracking, reporting, and customer delivery
· Support PMO performance management and reporting by helping develop, track, and communicate KPIs, dashboards, and performance measures that improve visibility and decision-making
· Contribute to continuous improvement and PMO capability development by identifying efficiency opportunities, improving data quality, sharing best practices, and supporting initiatives that strengthen PMO maturity
Who you are:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
· Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in PMO operations, project coordination, project management, or a related operational environment
· Experience using continuous improvement approaches to support process effectiveness; familiarity with Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies is an advantage
· Experience supporting process or system improvement initiatives and working with project delivery tools and data
· Strong collaboration, ownership, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in a matrixed organization
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Life sciences, bioprocessing, biotechnology, or capital project environments, with familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and templates
· Supporting global and cross-functional teams and working effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Communicating clearly, evaluating information, translating it into practical actions, and working proactively as an individual contributor

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $93,000 - $163,000 PLN. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
