Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Planning & Purchasing Officer to join our team at our Pallini premises.
As a Planning & Purchasing Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of plant materials.
Requirements

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with internal teams, departments as required
- Analyze, maintain, and execute plant materials requirement from MRP
- Analyze planning data in SAP and adjust requirements accordingly notifying the appropriate supplier
- Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders
- Release and maintain purchase orders in support of production schedules for assigned commodities
- Interface with suppliers on a daily basis via phone, email, and in-person to maintain a favorable supplier relationship and to ensure on-time delivery of product
- Take the necessary actions in order the materials to be available on time based on the packaging schedule
- Be responsible for reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in relevant field, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
- Ιn-depth knowledge and experience in SAP or similar ERP system would be considered an asset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, strong project management skills
