Planning COE: Project manager

In this role, you will

Support the program and project management of key transformational supply chain programs. You will guide and monitor the activities of multiple global projects or programs and support development of project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables by using the governance, process, practice and tools established by the organization. You will provide support for the delivery of the project or program and contribute to the integrated planning roadmap.

When appropriate you will develop tools and practices to specifically support a particular project effort. You will also support training and change management activities

You will work with a team of professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to support the transformation of our planning processes and implementation of planning technology solutions that enhance our planning capabilities. You will work with planning COE, ISC BU, ISC regions and a broad network of planning stakeholders.

You are responsible for

•       Monitoring project progress; scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks, updating and controlling the project schedule/plan

•       Contributing to the Integrated planning roadmap

•       Providing project/program management with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions

•       Applying a structured methodology (based on Philips project management methodologies)

•       Leading successful change management activities for the transformational changes

•       Preparation of key regular meetings as part of the transformation governance (agenda, collecting contents, pulling together minutes of meeting) in close collaboration with the program manager

•       Providing hands-on execution support both for project management as well as key partners/stakeholders

•       Supporting workshops and events  

•       Leading program support activities

•       Coordinating communication within and across projects

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master degree in supply chain, or other relevant
• Functional expertise in supply chain and other operations functions is desired
• Project management certification/experience, preferred familiarity with Philips project management methods and tools
• Experience with project management tools eg. MS projects

·       Has awareness on change management, stakeholder management concepts

·       Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools and AI

• Proven experience with organizing trainings and/or workshops
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

·       The ability to confidently identify relevant stakeholders, establish relationships and manage them effectively whilst working across projects together

·       Self starter with a positive, can-do attitude with a solution focused mindset

·       Passion for learning, open-minded and pro active

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 61,185.00 –€ 101,975.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% incentive bonus with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
