Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for a Planner position. The Vishay Planning Team plays a key role in the Supply Chain organization by optimizing business and production planning and ensuring alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and business objectives.

The Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining production plans that support on-time customer deliveries while balancing inventory levels, manufacturing efficiency, and capacity utilization. Key performance indicators include Sales, Customer and Production Missed Promises, inventory levels, inventory turns, and overall service performance.

The Planner works closely with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to resolve supply chain constraints, manage priorities, and support business growth.

Job Location:

Dimona located in the southern part of Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest location in the world.

The factory in Dimona is the oldest in Vishay, having been established in 1986.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and maintaining short-term and long-term production plans for multiple production sites / lines
• Monitoring demand and supply trends and balancing production capacity accordingly
• Managing order fulfillment and delivery commitments to customers
• Provide support for the Operation, Customer Experience, Marketing and Engineering departments
• Optimizing inventory levels while maintaining required service levels
• Tracking and analyzing key KPIs, including Customer and Production Missed Promises, Inventory Turns, and overall planning performance.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• English language proficiency at the verbal/writing level - mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) - advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
