Objetivo del puesto:

Gestionar el proceso de plan de demanda y el ciclo de planeación de ventas y operaciones (S&OP), generar el plan de demanda mediante la elaboración del pronóstico estadístico, colaboración y consenso del plan con el equipo comercial y marketing, proveer información para la Junta Pre-S&OP y S&OP, y la elaboración de plan operativo anual de demanda con el fin de establecer las metas anuales de Ventas y Producción.

Localización: Tultitlán, Estado de México.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Gestionar el pronóstico estadístico anual, cuatrimestral, mensual y semanal. Análisis de tendencia, estacionalidad y limpieza de historia de facturación y pedidos mediante modelos avanzados de pronóstico y el uso de software de pronósticos.

• Análisis de plan de demanda incorporando información y sensibilidad de mercado provista por Ventas, Inteligencia Comercial, Mercadotecnia y Atención a Clientes.

• Incorporación de lanzamientos, promociones, campañas y proyectos, así como la estacionalidad normal al plan de demanda.

• Evaluar que el proceso y los métodos de forecasting se sigan, analiza las tendencias a través del comportamiento histórico, detecta variaciones de la demanda hacer los ajustes necesarios para garantizar la oferta de servicio.

• Interactuar con las áreas de ventas y MKT, facilitando información de diferentes periodos de tiempo a nivel SKU/CEDIS, SKU/CLIENTE, SKU/CANAL/CEDIS, ETC. y agregado venta, demanda, tendencia, estacionalidad, forecast de los próximos 4 a 18 meses que permitan al equipo definir estrategias alineadas al Business plan vigente.

• Revisar las tendencias históricas de ventas, preparar escenarios de venta con impulsos para la demanda (campañas, proyectos, licitaciones, etc..), prepare datos de pronóstico, desarrolle modelos estadísticos de pronóstico y evalúe los resultados del pronóstico estadístico.

• Participar activamente en el comité de magna carta, como producto owner, y liderar todo el proceso de seguimiento a los planes de acción definidos.

Requisitos:

• Tener conocimiento/ nociones en sistema Forecast Pro es indispensable para el rol.

• Experiencia en aplicación de modelos estadísticos.

• Sólido manejo en Excel

• Ingles deseable intermedio

• Nivel de estudios: Universidad.
