Physiotherapist – new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Kickstart your physiotherapy career the right way with genuine mentorship, structured support, and a team that's got your back from day one.

We're looking for a motivated new graduate Physiotherapist to join a large, well-established multidisciplinary private practice in Bankstown, with an outstanding reputation and a genuine commitment to helping new clinicians thrive.

About the Role

Step into a supportive environment where you'll build a varied musculoskeletal caseload and develop strong clinical foundations from the ground up. You'll be joining a fantastic team of ten Physiotherapists, plus a wider group of allied health professionals, all working together in a collaborative clinic culture.

This clinic backs its new graduates with a well-structured two-year New Graduate Program, designed to give you real mentorship, hands-on training, and the confidence to grow into an excellent clinician - not just thrown in the deep end.

Why Bankstown?
Beyond the clinic itself, you'll be based in one of Sydney's most vibrant and connected south-west hubs. Bankstown is 16 kilometres, or a 40-minute commute, from Sydney's CBD, and offers a dynamic lifestyle with easy access to a wide range of amenities and services. Whether it's grabbing lunch nearby or unwinding after work, the surrounding streets are full of Middle Eastern bakeries, Vietnamese restaurants, and multicultural eateries, alongside a major shopping and community hub with the local library, a TAFE campus, and easy public transport access. It's a great base whether you're commuting in or setting up locally.

Benefits

• Competitive salary package + superannuation
• Four-day work week, weekends off with one additional day off
• Structured two-year New Graduate Program with genuine mentorship
• $1,000 professional development allowance per year
• All professional insurances fully covered by the employer
• Access to extensive internal professional development courses and training
• Fantastic team culture - supportive, collaborative and genuinely invested in your growth
• Work alongside a team of ten experienced Physiotherapists
• Clear career progression opportunities
• Excellent opportunities to develop and expand your clinical skills
• Well-structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship
• Convenient location close to public transport
• Close to shopping centres, restaurants and a wide range of amenities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration

• An interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care
