• Balanced Workload: Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4.
• Operational Efficiency: Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff.
• Advanced Support: Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients.

• Cutting-Edge Equipment: Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.

• Robust Referral Network: Built-in referral pattern from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
