Work Shift

Wellstar Medical Group, a physician-led multi-specialty group within one of Georgia’s largest and most integrated health systems, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiologist or Internist with expertise in Autonomic Disorders to join our growing team in Woodstock, Georgia.

This unique opportunity is ideal for a physician passionate about diagnosing and treating autonomic nervous system disorders—such as POTS, neurocardiogenic syncope, orthostatic hypotension, and other dysautonomias—within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: EXPERIENCE IN AUTONOMIC DISORDERS NOT REQUIRED

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-focused role with a referral-based patient population

• Collaboration with cardiology, neurology, and other subspecialties

• Access to autonomic testing (e.g., tilt table testing, heart rate variability)

• Ability to participate in program development and patient education

• Opportunities for teaching and clinical research (if desired)

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology or Internal Medicine

• Eligible for medical licensure in Georgia

• Strong interest in complex diagnostic cases and multidisciplinary care
