CSA – PGT Math Teacher

Purpose of Role

To provide high-quality Mathematics education to senior secondary students, supporting their academic development, conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and preparation for CBSE Board examinations while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

CS Academy, Coimbatore has three campuses. Two are in Kovaipudur (Main) in adjacent facilities and the third primary campus is in the heart of the city at Red Fields. Our boarding house in Kovaipudur is open for boys and girls from class IV for both CBSE and Cambridge International students. The picturesque main campus located in the foothills of the Western Ghats is ideally suited for exploring and learning

CSA – Senior Math Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Teach Classes XI and XII and other assigned classes as required.
  • Develop students' conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and other teaching-learning resources.
  • Use appropriate teaching methodologies, digital tools, and real-life applications to enhance learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
  • Provide remedial support and enrichment activities based on individual student needs.
  • Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations through structured revision, practice, and academic support.
  • Maintain classroom discipline, student records, attendance, and academic performance while promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, professional development, school activities, examinations, and other duties assigned by the School Management or Academic Coordinator.
