Travel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners, including hotels, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply, our leading advertising and travel media network and affiliate solutions.

You will be joining our PGA Advertising team, a fast-moving team of Advertising Associates who are dedicated to achieving sales targets across both revenue and conversion metrics. Our team works collaboratively, communicates clearly and knows how to create and execute strategies that drive the adoption of TravelAds across our market portfolio. We go beyond acquiring new partners — we keep them engaged and investing for the long term through end-to-end account management.

In this role, you will:

• Execute high-volume outreach to acquire new customers and build initial account penetration on the TravelAds platform

• Drive campaign reactivations to re-engage partners who have paused investment, reducing churn across the portfolio

• Support the optimization of live campaigns through end-to-end account management

• Begin developing relationships with customers and their account teams, including key decision makers

• Participate in account planning to outline tactics focused on acquisition-led growth

• Develop an understanding of customer needs, market context, and competitor offerings

• Recommend TravelAds products and data-driven insights that align with customer goals

• Engage in commercial conversations with partners, seeking manager guidance when needed

• Gather data and basic insights to support commercial discussions and customer interactions

• Build cross-functional relationships internally to support positive portfolio outcomes

• Develop working knowledge of sales processes, product value propositions, and standard contract terms

Experience and Qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role

• Proficiency in English plus any European languages

• Proficient communication skills with a growing understanding of sales techniques

• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

• Some exposure to account management or client-facing commercial roles

• Familiarity with digital advertising, travel industry, or online marketplace platforms

• Experience gathering and presenting data to support commercial conversations

The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in Prague is Kč731,000.00 to Kč1,023,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,169,500.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
