• Solid organizational and time management skills—you know how to prioritize and deliver

• RIBO Licensed (or ready to obtain it quickly)

• Designations like CAIB or CIP are assets and show your dedication to the craft

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $41,000 to $50,000, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
